Water and Emotions

The Water has the ability to heal the wounded emotional body.

When a person is emotionally ill, it is highly recommended that she soaks into the water (swimming pools, spas, bathrooms, showers...) because the water caresses the hurt Essence, even if it contains chlorine and other harmful elements for the human physical health. During the bath, the person experiences a process of emotional implosion and gradually recovers the peace and inner calm, as an essential state of life. 

  • Hot water: CALM. It is necessary when the person faces very dense emotional states, depression, existential crises, feelings of emptyness and, in general, high emotional density (especially very sensitive people). The hot water has the ability to clean dense and very dense vibrations. Just like when we leave something very burnt into a hot soak, the hot water is just miraculous for people with a very damaged or dirty emotional body (absorption of dense external vibrations like therapists, doctors, psychologists, healers, social carers, etc). The hot water is like going back to a lovely and warm home full of love. It's like "that loving mother's caress". We return to the warm womb of the life.

For even denser states that the hot water is unable to calm down, I do recommend to go to the ocean water, and breathing close to the ocean or the open sea. The ocean water is the strongest medicine on the Nature regarding emotional healing. 

  • Cold water: ACTIVATION, purification, refreshing, revitalization, speeds up, re-circulation. It is necessary when the person has to face physical, psychic or sexual healing issues (cold alive  water is very important here, like a river, the open sea, a forest with pools of water, etc.). It is highly recommended to activate (activate the circulation, activate yourself in the morning, activate the mind, activate the breathing systems, etc.)

  • Soak into the water: relaxation and regenerationWe are water and we regenerate ourselves into the water, no matter if hot or cold. It is highly recommended for mental and physical well-being (as relieves and the physical pain, and the alive water also heals the pain)

It is important to remember here that diseases have an emotional root. By curing the emotion who creates them, the physical healing is much easier. A damaged emotion is a vibration in disharmony, so very frequently the illness is a shout of the body to heal such an inner imbalanced.
